Özet
Türk şiirinde bazı dönemlerde şairler tarafından bir mesaj, bir ileti, bir öğüt olarak görülen anlam; şiire değer
kazandıran temel unsur olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bu dönemlerde şiirlerin mutlaka bir fikri ya da ideolojiyi anlatması
gerektiği düşünülmüş ve buna göre yazılmış olan şiirlere daha çok değer verilmiştir. Bazı dönemlerde ise şiirde
anlam arka plana atılarak şekil öncelenmiş ve şiir diğer sanatlar gibi değerlendirilmiştir. Fakat bu uygulamalardan
hangisi doğrudur? Üstelik şiirde anlamı sağlayan unsurlar var mıdır? Var ise bunlar nelerdir? Anlam, tek başına
şiire değer kazandıran bir özellik midir? Şiir, mutlaka bir anlamı vermeli midir? Anlam için mi şiir yazılır ya da
okunur? Okurun anlamın ortaya çıkarılmasında bir katkısı var mıdır? Makalede yapısalcı ve yapıçözücü bakış
açılarıyla bu soruların cevapları verilmeye çalışılmaktadır.
Meaning, which was seen as a message, a communication and an advice by some poets in Turkish poetry during some periods, has been accepted as basic component bringing value in poem. During these periods, it was anticipated that the poems should certainly tell an idea or an ideology; and the poems written according to these criteria were appreciated more. On the other hand, during other periods, shape was given priority by throwing the meaning in poems to the background, thus poem also was evaluated like other arts, but which of these applications is true? Furthermore, are there any components in poem that provide meaning? If there are, what are they? Is meaning alone a property bringing value in poem? Should a poem convey meaning? Is a poem written and read for the sake of meaning? Does reader have any contribution to revealing the meaning? In this paper, these questions are tried to be responded from the structure solving point of view.
