Öğe Düzlemsel güneş kollektörlerinde TiO2 - su nanoakışkanı kullanılarak ısıl verimin etkisinin deneysel olarak incelenmesi(Batman Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü, 2019-07-17) Işık, Mehmet Kemal; Ziyadanoğulları Budak, NeşeIn this thesis, the effect of nanofluids on the thermal efficiency of flat plate solar collectors was investigated by using TiO2 - water nanofluids in flat plate solar collectors. In this study, two different systems were installed, one was used as heat transfer fluid and the other was used as heat transfer fluid Ti O2 - water nanofluids. Nanofluids used in different volumetric concentration and water used as heat transfer fluid in different flow rates were compared with the results obtained in concurrent experiments, and the effects of the use of nanofluid on the thermal efficiency of the flat plate solar collectors together with the effects of the net collector surface area on the thermal efficiency were investigated. When the results of the experiment were compared, it was found that the thermal efficiency obtained in the system using nanofluid was higher than the water used system. In addition, the thermal efficiency of flat plate solar collectors in thermal efficiency when the collector surface area is reduced. When the test results were considered, a yield of 61%, 56%, 51% increase in water yield was obtained for volumetric ratios of 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.8% respectively for TiO2 - water according to all flow rates.
