Öğe Taaffüf romanı üzerine bir değerlendirme(Batman Üniversitesi, 2017-02-06) Korkmaz, FerhatTaaffüf is an important novel written by Turkish novelist Ahmet Mithat Efendi in 1895 (h. 1313) according torealist-naturalist novel approach in general. Although realist and naturalist analyzes occupy a prominent place, the novel results according to the projection of the Romantic Movement. The realisation of facts by Sâniha as a result of crisis she faces between the religion she comes through and the life of society is the main theme of the novel.The East-West conflict is handled with a very different aspect. The importance of the novel comes from that ittransports one of the most important themes of contemporary European literature to Turkish novel with copyrightaspect. Our study has been prepared because there is not any independent analysis work on Taaffüf novel and itcontains an assessment in terms of novel theory elements.
