Özet
Klasik şairlerin devlet ricaline yakın olma ve edebî faaliyetlerini bu şahsiyetlerin
himâyesinde devam ettirip kendilerine bu şekilde bir statü elde etmek istemeleri,
Ortaçağ Doğu ve Batı dünyasında kabul gören bir geleneğin parçasıdır. Başkentler,
saraylar, devrin ileri gelenlerinin konakları, şair-hâmî ilişkilerinin en sık yaşandığı
yerler olmuştur. Ancak Doğu dünyasında peygamberin Ka’b bin Züheyr’in yazdığı
ve Kaside-i Bürde olarak bilinen şiir karşılığında kendisine hırkasını hediye etmesi,
şaire hediye verilmesinin sünnet addedilmesini ve dinsel bir formasyon kazanmasını sağlamıştır. Sanatçı, eserini iktidara sunarak makam, mevki, caize ve
şöhret elde ederken iktidar sahipleri de iktidarlarını bu sayede geniş halk kitlelerine
yayma fırsatı yakalardı. Bu anlamda şairin hâmîsine sunduğu eser, salt caize elde
etme amacından daha öte anlamlar ifade etmektedir.15. yüzyılın önemli şairlerinden Necâtî Bey’in de hayatında hâmîlik izlerini ve kasidelerini sunduğu devlet ricalinden caize talep ettiğini görmek mümkündür. Şairin kasidelerini baz alarak şairin himâye ve caize talebini ortaya koymak bu çalışmanın ana eksenini oluşturmaktadır
The fact that classical poets wanted to be close to the state and to pursue their literary activities under the auspices of these personalities and to obtain such status to them was part of a tradition accepted in the Middle East and Western world. Capitals, palaces, mansions of the leaders of the period, poet-patron relations were the most common places. However, in the Eastern world, the prophet gave his cardigan in exchange for the poem that is namedas Kaside-i Burde written by Ka’b bin Züheyr, and the gift of the poet was considered circumcised and gained a religious formation. By presenting his work to power, the artist gained authority, position, status and fame, while the owners of power had the opportunity to spread their power to large masses of people. In this sense, the work that the poet presents to his patron means more than just the purpose of obtaining a present. It is possible to see that Necâtî Bey, one of the important poets of the 15th century, demanded permission from the state to whom he presented the traces of the patronage and the qasidas. The main axis of this study is to reveal the poet's request for protection and permission on the base of qasidas.
