Metaversenin toplum üzerine etkileri: Türkiye’deki siyasi partiler örneği

| dc.description.abstract | Gelişen ve değişen dünya düzeni ile birlikte toplumlarda da değişimler, dönüşümler ve aşınmalar meydana gelmeye başlamıştır. Değişimlerin meydana gelmesinde en büyük rolü üstlenen ve düğmeye basıcı temel etken endüstriyel gelişim olmuştur. Endüstriyel gelişimin etkisi ile devamında metaverse gibi bir platform meydana gelmiştir. Bu platform ise toplum içerisinde süregelen geleneksel toplumsal ilişkileri değiştirerek yeni toplumsal ilişkiler oluşturmaya başlamıştır. Toplumsal ilişkilerdeki bu değişime, en büyük desteği ise Covid 19 pandemisi vermiştir. Çünkü Covid 19 salgını ile uygulamaya konulan kısıtlamalar, fiziksel olarak bulunması gereken birçok alanın yerini online ilişkilerin oluşturduğu sanal alanlar almıştır. Eğitim, zoom gibi çeşitli çevrimiçi uygulamalar aracılığı ile devam etmiştir. “Metaversenin Toplum Üzerine Etkileri: Türkiyedeki Siyasi Partiler Örneği” adlı bu tez çalışmasında metaversenin toplumları olumlu ve olumsuz olarak nasıl etkilediği ve toplumlar üzerinde ne gibi değişimlere yol açtığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Partiler üzerinden yürütülecek olan çalışma yerel seçime katılan partilerin, metaverseyi kullanıp kullanmadıkları belirlenmekte, kullanıyorlarsa hangi amaç için kullandıkları, ne gibi sorunlarla karşılaştıkları ve bu sorunlar karşısında geliştirdikleri çözüm önerilerinin neler olduğunun gözler önüne serilmesi sağlanmıştır. Böylece metaverse gibi gelecekteki toplumu biçimlendirmede büyük bir rolü olan metaversenin, topluma yön verme iddiasında olan siyasi partilerin nasıl algıladığı anlaşılmaya çalışılmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | With the developing and changing world order, changes, transformations and erosions have begun to occur in societies. The main factor that played the biggest role in bringing about the changes and pushed the button was industrial development. With the influence of industrial development, a platform such as metaverse emerged. This platform has started to create new social relations by changing the traditional social relations within the society. The Covid 19 pandemic gave the greatest support to this change in social relations. Because of the restrictions imposed by the Covid 19 epidemic, many areas that require physical presence have been replaced by virtual spaces created by online relationships. Training continued through various online applications such as Zoom. In this thesis titled "The Effects of Metaverse on Society: The Example of Political Parties in Turkey", it is aimed to determine how the metaverse affects societies positively and negatively and what changes it causes on societies. The study, which will be carried out on parties, determines whether the parties participating in the local elections use the metaverse, and if so, for what purpose they use it, what problems they encounter, and what the solution proposals they have developed against these problems are revealed. Thus, it is tried to understand how the metaverse, which has a great role in shaping the future society, is perceived by the political parties that claim to direct the society. | |
