| dc.description.abstract | 1850-1854 tarihli 7 Numaralı Antalya Şer’iyye Sicilinin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirilmesi yöntemi ile oluşturulan bu çalışmada Antalya şehrinin o dönemdeki sosyal ve iktisadi durumunun incelenmesi ve bu durumun ortaya çıkardığı vaziyetin Osmanlı yerel tarihi bazında incelenmesi tezin çıkış noktası olmuştur. Osmanlı yerel tarihi çalışmalarının hiç şüphesiz en önemli kaynakları arasında şer’iyye sicilleri gelmektedir. Sicilde geçen belgeler incelenerek bir şehrin o tarihlerdeki sosyal, iktisadi durumu hakkında detaylı bilgiler elde edilebilir. Bu çalışmada 7 Numaralı Antalya Şer‘iyye Sicilinde mevcut bulunan belgeler incelenerek, Antalya’nın sosyal, iktisadi yapısı ile aile yapısı, evlilik, boşanma, ticaret gibi vaziyet ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışıldı. 7 numaralı Antalya şehrine ait sicilin genel değerlendirilmesi içerisinde; defterin tanıtımı, sicilde geçtiği şekliyle yerleşim yerleri, tereke kayıtları, buradaki aşiretler ve hayriyye tüccarlarına dair bilgiler verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise; defterin transkripsiyonu, transkripsiyonda takip edilen usul ile belge özetleri hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, which is based on the transcription and evaluation of the Antalya sher'iyye registry number 7 dated 1850-1854, the starting point of the thesis is to examine the social and economic situation of the city of Antalya at that time and to examine the situation caused by this situation on the basis of Ottoman local history. Undoubtedly, one of the most important sources of Ottoman local history studies is shar'iyye registers. By analysing the documents in the registers, detailed information about the social and economic situation of a city at that time can be obtained. In this study, by analysing the documents available in Antalya's Sher'iyye Registry No. 7, Antalya's social and economic structure, family structure, marriage, divorce, trade, etc. were tried to be revealed. In the general evaluation of the No. 7 Antalya registry, the introduction of the registry, settlements as mentioned in the registry, probate records, information about the tribes and hayriyye merchants are given. The fourth section includes information on the transcription of the registry, the procedure followed in transcription and document summaries. | |
