| dc.description.abstract | Çalışma konusu olarak seçtiğimiz 316 numaralı Midyat şer'iye sicili 1329-1337 (1911-1918) yılları arasında Midyat ve Midyat'a bağlı nahiye ve köylerde mahkemeye intikal etmiş kayıtları ihtiva etmektedir.Araştırmamıza konu olan 316 numaralı Midyat şer'iye sicili bize, bu sicilin ait olduğu yıllarda Midyat'ın tarihi, sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel hayatı hakkında ipuçları vermekte ve vekâlet defteri olduğu için sonuçlanmış dava kayıtlarını içermektedir. Sicilde gayrimüslimler ve Müslümanlar arasındaki son derece uyumlu toplumsal ilişkiler olduğuna dair bazı sonuçlara varılmıştır.Başbakanlık Osmanlı arşivinde Midyatla ilgili üç defter daha bulunmaktadır ancak, bunların tamamı 316 nolu Midyat şer'iye siciline benzer davaları kapsamaktadır. Midyat'ı ilgilendiren başka defter bulunmaması sebebiyle elde ettiklerimiz vekâlet davalarıyla sınırlı kalmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study presents that the 316 numbered Midyat court records 1329-1337 involve the court records which happened in the years 1911-1918 between the townships and the village of Midyat itself.The 316 numbered Midyat court records which are the subject of our research give us the clues about the history, social, cultural and economical life of Midyat and include just the concluded court records as it was the proxy registry book. In the court records, it came to conclusion that there was profoundly compatible social reletaionships between muslims and non-muslims.In the Prime minister's of the Ottoman archives, there are three more registry books as well, and all of them include the similar cases as the 316 numbered Midyat court records have. The things that we acquired remained limited because there were no other registry books related to Midyat. | en_US |
