| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, Batman Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencilerinin spor yapma amaçları ve spora yönlendirilmesindeki faktörleri araştırmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Görücü (2001) tarafından geliştirilen ve 10 maddelik “Demografik Bilgiler Anketi” ile 19 maddelik “Konu Bilgileri Anketi” kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama araçlarıyla, öğrencilerin spor yapma amaçları ve spora yönlendirilmelerindeki faktörlerin hangi demografik değişkenlere göre değiştiği incelenecektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 2024-2025 eğitim-öğretim yılında Batman Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde okuyan 419 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların 255’ i erkek 164’ ü kız öğrencidir. Bu araştırmada Survey (genel tarama) modeli kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotları (Yüzde, Frekans ve Ki Kare) kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular %95 güven aralığında, %5 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayarda “SPSS for Windows ver:25.0” programında çözümlenmiş, manidarlıklar. 05 düzeyinde sınanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, spor bilimleri fakültesinde öğrenim gören sporcuların spor yapma amaçları ve spora yönlendirilmelerindeki faktörlere bakıldığında spor katılımının çok boyutlu bir olgu olduğunu ve bireylerin sosyal çevresi, aile yapısı ve ekonomik koşulları tarafından şekillendiğini göstermektedir. Toplumsal cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi ve sosyoekonomik durum gibi faktörlerin, spor katılımındaki eşitsizlikleri belirleyen önemli değişkenler olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons for engaging in sports and the factors that influence sports participation among students at Batman University, Faculty of Sports Sciences. For this purpose, a "Demographic Information Survey" developed by Görücü (2001) consisting of 10 items and a "Subject Information Survey" consisting of 19 items were used. Using the data collection tools, it was investigated how the reasons for engaging in sports and the factors influencing sports participation of students varied according to demographic variables. The sample of the study consisted of 419 students studying at Batman University, Faculty of Sports Sciences in the 2024-2025 academic year. 255 of the participants were male and 164 were female students. A survey model was used in this study. Descriptive statistical methods (percentage, frequency, and chi-square) were used in the analysis of the data. The obtained data were analyzed using the "SPSS for Windows version: 25.0" program, and the significances were tested at the 0.05 level. In this study, looking at the sports purposes of athletes studying at the faculty of sports sciences and the factors that direct them to sports, it shows that sports participation is a multi-dimensional phenomenon and is shaped by the individuals' social environment, family structure and economic conditions. It was concluded that factors such as gender, education level and socioeconomic status are important variables that determine inequalities in sports participation. | |
