The Andalusian State, founded after the Muslim conquest of Spain, is a state that survived for approximately eight centuries. This state has left a rich cultural heritage that blends eastern and western civilizations. Due to the social and political structure of Andalusia and the fact that it includes different ethnic groups, many scholars, men of letters, philosophers and poets were raised here. Thus, Andalusia had a great civilization in the fields of science, art, architecture and literature. However, just as Andalusian Arabic literature was studied in a late period in the East, it was also studied in a period that cannot be considered early in our country. There are still not enough studies on Andalusian Arabic literature in Turkey. The scarcity of female poets who lived in Andalusia and their poems in the literature led us to research the Andalusian female poet Hafsa er-Rekûniyye (d. 586/1190). Hafsa is one of the poets of the 6th century Hijri and is a poet who improved herself with her poetic competence and penmanship. Hafsa stood out among other female poets in Granada with her beauty, nobility, courage, and cultural and literary knowledge. Because he came from a noble, wealthy and diplomatic family, he was bold in writing his poems. As a matter of fact, he is a unique personality with his character that goes beyond social norms and the poems he writes. For this reason, Hafsa er-Rekûniyye and her poems formed the outlines of our study. Hafsa er-Rekûniyye's life, literary and political personality and her poems have been classified in a certain way. His poems were divided into genres and examined.
