Özet
Mecmû'alar, tezkire ve dîvânlarla birlikte Eski Türk edebiyatının en önemli kaynaklarıdır. Mecmû'alar düzenlendiği dönemlerin şiir zevki, beğenilen şairler ve şiirleri hakkında önemli ipuçları verir. Dîvân tertip etmiş şairlerin şiirlerinden müstensihin sanat anlayışı ve zevkine göre seçme şiirler sunan mecmû'alar, bunun yanı sıra dîvânı bulunmayan şairlerin şiirlerini de sonraki çağlara ulaştırır. Mecmû'alar edebiyatımıza kaynaklık ederken var olan kaynakları tamamlama özelliği de gösterir. Bu anlayıştan hareketle XVIII. yüzyılda tertip edilmiş bir şiir mecmû'ası olan ve Belgrad Üniversite (Svetozar Markovic) Kütüphanesindeki Rso28 Numarada kayıtlı şiir mecmû'ası transkribe edilerek günümüz alfabesine aktarıldı. Çalışmanın giriş kısmında mecmû'anın tanımı, çeşitleri ve önemi hakkında bilgi verildi. İncelenen mecmû'ada yer alan manzûmeler; nazım biçimleri, kullanılan vezinler, kafiye ve redifleri bakımından incelenerek mecmû'anın genel özellikleri ortaya kondu. Ayrıca mecmû'ada manzûmesi bulunan şairlerin biyografileri kısaca ele alındı. Sonuna lugatçe ve tıpkıbasımı eklendi. İncelenenmecmû'a, geniş bir zaman dilimine ait çok sayıda şairin farklı nazım biçimlerindeki manzûmesini ihtiva etmektedir. Bu bakımından Eski Türk edebiyatının kaynakları arasında yer alan mecmû'aların öneminiorataya koymaktadır.
Journals with Tezkire and Divans are one of the most important sources of Old Turkish Literature. Journals, during which were organized give us clear clues about the popular poets and their poems and poetry tastes of their periods poetry tastes and popular poets. The journals serve selected poems to the next generation according to the understanding and taste of art from the poems of the poets who organized the divan, as well as the poems of the poets who did not have divan. journals are both a source of literacy and an ability to complement existing sources. The poem journal way translated into the present day alphabet and transcribed enrolled in Rso28 in the library of Belgrade University (Svetoraz Markovic). At the entrance of our work, information about the definition varietyof importance of the journal was given. General features of journal after being examined poems in the journal that was checked in terms of verse forms, verse forms, used vazins, rhyme, and redifferences. Biographies of the poetwho has poems in the journal are presented briefly. At theand adictionary was added. The journal that has been studied reflects the characteristics of an ancient Turkish literature anthology in terms of containing the poems of different verse forms of a great number of poets and a wide range of time period.
