Özet
Türk kadını, Millî Mücadele süresince
ülkenin dört bir tarafında erkeklerden geri
kalmayarak önemli uğraşlarda bulundu.
Demokrasi ve huzur getirme adına Batılı
emperyal güçlerin yaptığı haksızlıkları dünyaya
duyurmak için tertip edilen mitinglere katıldı.
Yaşanılan zulümlere dikkat çekmek için ilgili
makamlara protesto telgrafları çekti. Cepheye
çeşitli malzemeler taşıyarak ordunun lojistik
ihtiyaçlarını karşıladı. Hatta bazı zamanlar
düşmanla yüz yüze geldi. Buradan hareketle,
Antep'ten Van'a kadar uzanan alanda kadınlara
y a p ı l a n i ş k e n c e v e t e c a v ü z l e r, B a t ı
During the National Struggle, Turkish women did not lag behind men all over the country and made important efforts. He participated in the rallies organized to announce the injustices done by the Western imperial powers in the name of bringing democracy and peace to the world. He sent protest telegrams to the relevant authorities to draw attention to the atrocities experienced. It met the logistical needs of the army by carrying various materials to the front. Sometimes he even came face to face with the enemy. From this point of view, some of the women in Southeast Anatolia at this stage also made a serious effort for the independence of the homeland in accordance with the spirit of Defense of Law. Thousands of women in Diyarbakır, Kilis, Siirt, Antep and Urfa took sides at the rallies where the occupations were condemned. Telegrams sent by women from UrfaViranşehir and Diyarbakır-Silvan translated the feelings of the nationalist mass in the region. Meanwhile, the torture and rape of women in the area stretching from Antep to Van was not much different from what their fellow women experienced in Western Anatolia. During all this, some women, who did not spare their eyes, rushed to help the front. Their courage set an example for men as well. In this research, in which the women's effort in the Southeastern Anatolia Region was examined as a whole for the first time during the years of national resistance, personalities that were never brought to the agenda or were mentioned very little were mentioned
