Özet
Türkiye’de, 19. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında gazete ve gazetecilik çağdaş anlamda ortaya çıkmıştır. Namık Kemal ve arkadaşlarının 1872-1873 yılları arasında yayımladıkları İbret, muhalif kimliğiyle ön plana çıkmış bir gazetedir. 132 sayı olarak yayımlanan İbret gazetesi, fikir yazılarıyla hürriyet mücadelesinin öncüsü olmuş ve toplum tarafından yeni fikirlerin benimsenmesinde önemli bir rol almıştır. Halkı gazete vasıtasıyla eğitmeyi temel amaç edinmiş olan İbret’te, bu amaç doğrultusunda pek çok makale, hikâye, tiyatro, fıkra, tenkit vb. yazılar yayımlanmıştır. Böylelikle İbret gazetesi, kendi döneminin kamuoyunun sözcüsü olmayı başarmıştır. İbret gazetesinin yayımlandığı dönemde ön plana çıkmasının başka bir sebebi, Namık Kemal’in gazetede yazdığı eleştiri yazılarıdır. Bu çalışmada, İbret gazetesinin sistematik dizinine yer verilmiş ve gazetede yayımlanan sanat/edebiyata ilişkin yazılar tahlil edilmiştir.
The period in which journal and journalism appeared and developed in contemporary sense in Turkey was the second half of 19th century. In the second half of this century in Ottomon Empire, a news paper called İbret which was published by Namık Kemal and his friends between 1872-1873, was one of the important newspaper having opposite ideas against government. İbret, an important idea journal of Turkish Literature, was published as 132 issues. It pioneered the struggle for freedom and it had an important role on adopting the idea of freedom by society with its articles. In this newspaper which aspired to educate people first via itself, several articles, stories, plays, jokes, criticism were written with this purpose in mind. Thus, İbret became the voice of public during its period. The other important reason that İbret stood out in this period was Namık Kemal’s criticism articles. This study has included the systematic index of İbret and the art /literature articles are being analysed
