| dc.description.abstract | Kur’ân-ı Kerîm nazil olduğu toplumu ıslah ettiği gibi, sonraki toplumları da öğretileri ve değerleri ile ıslah etmiştir. Bugünkü çağdaş diye nitelendirdiğimiz toplumları da ıslah etmeye, sorunlarını tedavi ettirmeye, yenilenebilir sıkıntıları da ele alıp halletmeye kadirdir. Bu sorunlardan en önemlisi de toplumsal güveni sağlama mevzuudur. Kur’ân bunu sağlama noktasında özne konumundadır. Zira o, toplumsal olarak büyümenin, çağdaşlaşmanın ve yenilenmenin tüm öğelerini taşıyan bir kitaptır. Her ne kadar özellik itibariyle Kur’ân’ın nazil olduğu toplumdan az veya çok farklı özellikte sorunlar ve problemler olsa bile Kur’ân’ın ahkâmı ve öğretileri ile hayatı idame etme yaklaşımı farklı zaman ve zeminlerde tüm dertlere deva, sorunlara çözüm ve kötülüklerden de korunmadır. Toplumsal güven, Kur’ân-ı Kerîm tarafından başlatılan bir dizi eylem ve ilke ile sağlanır. Aksi halde ise ceza ilkesi devreye girer. Toplumsal güveni sağlamak için desteklenen unsurların bir kısmını analiz eden ilmin ve bilimin kökeni ve temeli olan Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’i tanıtmak, O’nun ceza ilkesi yoluyla toplum için kamu ve özel güvenliğin sağlanması üzerindeki etkisini vurgulamak, toplumsal güveni sağlamak yolunda Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in evrenselliğini göstermek araştırmamızın gayesi olacaktır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Just as the Quran corrected the society it was revealed to, it also reformed later societies with its teachings and values. It has the power to rehabilitate the societies that we call today as contemporary, to have their problems treated, to deal with renewable problems and to solve them. The most important of these problems is the issue of providing social trust. The Quran is the subject in providing this because it is a book that carries all the elements of social growth, modernization and renewal. Although there are problems with more or less different characteristics than the society in which the Quran was sent down, the approach to pursue life with the rules of the Quran and to maintain life with its teachings is a solution to all problems and protection from evil at different times and grounds.Social trust is provided by a series of actions and principles initiated by the Quran. Otherwise, the penalty principle comes into play. The purpose of our research will be to introduce the Quran, which is the basis of science that analyzes some of the elements supported in order to ensure social trust, to emphasize its influence on the provision of public and private security for the society through the principle of punishment, to show the universality of the Quran. | en_US |
