Özet
İnsanda doğuştan bir meleke olarak var olan belâgat, sözün açık, net ve anlaşılır olmasıdır. Belâgat, aynı zamanda sözün uygun zaman ve mekânda söylenmesidir. Kur’an indiği dönemde Araplarda belâgat ileri düzeye ulaşmıştı. Araplar o
dönemde belâgate çok önem veriyor ve bunu birbirlerine üstünlük aracı olarak
kullanıyorlardı. Kabilelerin şairleri, onların adeta kahramanlarıydı ve halk üzerinde
büyük etkileri vardı. Öyle ki şairler söyledikleri şiirleriyle savaşa ve barışa sebep
olabiliyorlardı. Panayırlarda şiir yarışmaları düzenleniyor ve beğenilen şiirler
Kâbe’nin duvarına asılıyordu. Belagatin zirvede olduğu bu dönemde Kur’an indi
ve belagatiyle meydan okudu. Dönemin en iyi şairleri bile Kur’an’ın belâgati karşısında aciz kalmış ve hayretlerini gizleyememişlerdi. Kur’an’ı daha iyi anlamak ve
Kur’an’daki bu eşsiz belâgatin inceliklerini ortaya çıkarmak için geçmişten günümüze kadar birçok çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Kur’an’ın sûrelerinden biri
olan Şûra Sûresindeki belâgat kavramları ve kullanımları ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca
belâgat ilmi ve Şûra Sûresi hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiş ve ayetlerde geçen edebi
sanatlara değinilmiştir.
The rhetoric which exists as a natural faculty in human is the clearness, clarification and understandable of the statement. The rhetoric is also giving the statement in an appropriate time and place. In the time when the Qur'an was revealed, the rhetoric in Arabs had reached an advanced level. Arabs attached great importance to rhetoric at that time and used it as a tool of superiority to each other. The poets of the tribes were almost their heroes and had a great influence on the people, so much so that poets could cause war and peace with their poems. Poetry contests were held at the fairs and popular poems were hung on the wall of the Kaaba. In this time when the rhetoric was at its peak, the Qur'an revealed and challenged with its rhetoric. Even the best poets of the time were weak and unable to hide their amazement in the face of the Qur'an's rhetoric. Many studies have been done from past to present in order to understand the Qur'an better and work out the particulars of this unique rhetoric in the Qur'an. In this study, the rhetoric concepts and their uses in the surah al-Shura which is one of the surahs of the Qur'an have been discussed. Additionally, a brief information was given about the science of rhetoric and the surah al-Shura and the literary arts in the verses have been mentioned.
