Özet
Kur’ân-ı Kerim’in tecvid tahlilini yapmak, tecvidin hem teorik hem pratik kısmıyla
alakalıdır. Çünkü tahlili doğru anlamak teoriye, okuyuşu ona göre doğru yapmak ise pratiğe girer.
Ancak bazı yerler ilk bakışta farklı tahlil yapılıp yanlış okunabilmektedir. Bu konular daha ziyade med,
idğâm ve vakf yapıldığında nasıl durulması gerektiği konularıyla alakalıdır. Bunun nedeni bazen
Kur’ân-ı Kerim’in kendine has yazım şekli (Resmü’l-Osmânî) bazen Arapça dilinin kaideleri gereği
oluşan birleşmeler, bazen de tecvid ilminin inceliklerinin gözden kaçırılmasıdır. Bu tür örneklerin bazısı
okuyuşa etki ederken bazısında ihtilaf sadece isimlendirmeye etki etmiştir. Bu makalede bu yerlere
örnekler verilip, ilgili kısımlar tecvidin klasik kaynaklarından delillerle incelenmiştir. Örnekler Kur’ânı Kerim’in farklı yerlerinden seçilmiştir. Bunların sayılarını arttırmak mümkün olup bu araştırmada
konunun anlaşılacağı kadarıyla yetinilmiştir. Bu meyanda öncelikle âyeti kerîmelerden seçilen
örneklerdeki zannedilen kaide, gerekçesiyle açıklanmış; daha sonra olması gereken kaide, deliliyle
zikredilmiştir. Çalışmada tecvidin pratik kısmı olduğu kadar teorik kısmının da femi muhsin olarak
yaygınlaşan, yani mahir bir öğreticiden alınması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Analyzing the tajwit of the Holy Qur'an is related to both the theoretical and practical parts of tajwid. Because understanding the analysis correctly is theoretical, and doing the reading correctly according to it is put into practice. However, some places can be analyzed differently at first glance and misread. These topics are mostly around al-madd and al-idhgam betting. It is also related to the issue of how to waqf when the foundation is built. The reason for this is that sometimes the Qur'an is written in its own way (Resmü'l-Osmanî), sometimes the mergers formed due to the precepts of the Arabic language, and sometimes the subtleties of the science of tajwit are overlooked. Some of these examples affected the reading, while in others the dispute only affected the naming. In this article, examples of these places are given and examined with evidence from the classical sources of tajwid. Examples are selected from different parts of the Holy Qur'an and it is possible to increase their number. The matter is as far as can be understood. First of all, the verse was explained because of the supposed rule in the examples selected from the verses, and then it was mentioned with the evidence of the rule that should have been. It has been concluded that the theoretical part as well as the practical part of tajwid should be taken from a skilful teacher who has become widespread as femi muhsin.
