Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; II-IV. Dönem TBMM’de Cebelibereket (Osmaniye) milletvekilleri ve meclis çalışmalarını ortaya koymaktır.
Cebelibereket, II. Dönem TBMM’de Avni Paşa (Hüseyin Avni Zaimler) ve İhsan Bey (Mehmet İhsan Eryavuz) vasıtasıyla temsil edilmişlerdir. III. Dönem de ise Ali Rıza Bey (Bebe), Avni Paşa (Hüseyin Avni Zaimler) ve İhsan Bey Cebelibereket’ten milletvekili seçilmişlerdir. Bu milletvekillerinden Avni Paşa’nın vefat etmesi üzerine yerine Sabri Bey (Toprak) ve İhsan Bey’in Havuz-Yavuz Davası’nda suçlu bulunup Meclis tarafından milletvekilliğinin düşürülmesi üzerine ise yerine Naci Paşa (Abdullatif Naci Eldeniz) milletvekili seçilmiştir. IV. Dönem TBMM’de ise Hasan Basri Bey (Demir), İbrahim Bey (İbrahim Hakkı Mete) ve Naci Paşa Cebelibereket milletvekili olarak TBMM’de görev yapmışlardır.
İncelenilen dönemler itibariyle İhsan Bey’in aynı zamanda Bahriye Nazırı olarak görev yapması, Naci Paşa’nın Mustafa Kemal Paşa’nın Harp Okulu’ndan öğretmeni olması ve ona karşı derin bir sevgi ve saygı besliyor olması sebebiyle Cebelibereket milletvekilleri sadece yöre halkı tarafından bilinen kişilerden değil ülke gündeminde bilinen şahıslardan seçilmiştir. Milletvekilleri görev yaptıkları dönemlerde ülke ve bölge sorunlarına çözüm üretecek bir meclis performansı sergilemişlerdir.
The purpose of this study was to put forth Cebelibereket (Osmaniye) deputies and the parliament studies in the 2nd- 4th periods. . The Cebelibereket was represented in the 2nd period of the GNAT (Grand National Assembly of Turkey) by Avni Pasha (Hüseyin Avni Zaimler) and Mr. İhsan (Mehmet İhsan Eryavuz). In the 3rd period, Mr. Ali Rıza (Ali Rıza Bebe), Avni Pasha, and Mr. Ihsan were selected from Cebelibereket. Due to death of Avni Pasha from these deputies, Mr. Sabri (Sabri Toprak) was elected instead of him, also instead of Mr. Ihsan, the dismissal of his deputy by the Parliament due to Mr. Ihsan was found guilty in the Havuz-Yavuz Case, Naci Pasha (Abdullatif Naci Eldeniz) was elected as the deputy. In the 4th period of the GNAT, Mr. Hasan Basri (Hasan Basri Demir), Mr. Ibrahim (İbrahim Hakkı Mete) ve Naci Pasha served in the parliament as Cebelibereket deputies. As of the examined periods, Cebelibereket deputies were selected not only from the people known to the local people but from the known people on the agenda of the country due to Mr. İhsan, also serving as Minister of the Navy, Naci Pasha, being a teacher from Mustafa Kemal Pasha's Military Academy, because of his deep love and respect for him, In the periods of their deputies, they performed good parliamentary performances that would produce solutions to the problems of the country and the region.
