Ekoturizm ve rekreasyona yönelik yerel halk talepleri; “Bingöl Ilıcalar örneği”

| dc.description.abstract | Ekoturizm, doğal ve kültürel ortamları içeren bir turizm türü olması bakımından kaynakların korunması ve sürdürülebilir kullanımını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Sürdürülebilir ekoturizmde, günlük yaşamlarını etkileyen yerel halkın turizm planlama faaliyetlerine katılımının sağlanması ana unsur olarak kabul edilmektedir. Araştırmada Bingöl İli Ilıcalar Beldesi’nin ekoturizm ve rekreasyon amaçlı sürdürülebilir kullanımı için yerel halkın turizme yönelik taleplerinin, katılım düzeylerinin, peyzaj altyapı ihtiyaçlarının ve uygun turizm alternatiflerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel ve nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden yararlanılan çalışmada; nitel veriler arazide yapılan inceleme ve gözlemlere, nicel veriler ise yöre halkı ile yüz yüze yapılan anket sonuçlarına dayanmaktadır. Araştırma alanında yapılan incelemelerde Belde’nin ekoturizm ve rekreasyon amaçlı altı potansiyel kaynağı belirlenmiştir. Yöre halkı ile yapılan anket sonucuna göre ise; Ilıcalar Beldesi halkının turizme olumlu yaklaştığı ve büyük oranda (%84,7) turizmin geliştirilmesine destek verdiği görülmüştür. Ayrıca katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğu (%82,8) yöre için en uygun turizm türü olarak termal-kaplıca turizmini görmekte olup termal turizmden sonra ise ekoturizm türleri olarak değerlendirilebilen doğa gözlemciliği (%56,7), bisiklet turizmi (%55,8), tarımsal turizm (%54,9) ve dağcılığı (%54,4) yüksek oranlarda talep etmektedir. Sonuç olarak araştırma alanında turizmden daha fazla yarar sağlayabilmek için turizm planının bütüncül olarak ele alınması, alanda bir taraftan termal turizm olanakları iyileştirilirken diğer taraftan da doğal peyzajının da planlamaya dâhil edilmesi önerilmektedir. Yörenin ekoturizm ve rekreasyon amaçlı kullanımı için altyapı ihtiyaçlarının giderilmesi gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Ecotourism requires the conservation and sustainable use of resources because of the fact that it is a tourism type which includes natural and cultural environments. Sustainable ecotourism is considered as a main factor in ensuring the participation of local people in tourism planning activities that affecting their daily lives. The aim of this study is to determine the demands of the local people for tourism, participation levels, landscape infrastructure requirements and suitable tourism alternatives for the sustainable use of Bingöl Ilıcalar Town for ecotourism and recreation purposes. In this study which used qualitative and quantitative research methods; The qualitative data are based on research and observations in the field, while the quantitative data is based on the results of the survey conducted face to face with the local population. In the conducted studies in this field of research, six potential sources of the municipality for ecotourism and recreation have been determined. According to the results of the survey conducted with the local people; It has been observed that the people of Ilıcalar municipality have a positive approach to tourism and support the development of tourism to a great rank (84.7%). Also the majority of the participants (82.8%) see the thermal-hot spring tourism as the most suitable type of tourism for the region, and after the thermal tourism, can be considered as ecotourism species like nature watching (56.7%), bicycle tourism (55.8%), agricultural tourism (54.9%) and mountain climbing (54.4%) demand high rates. As a result, in order to gain more benefit from tourism in the field of research, the tourism plan is considered as a holistic approach, while the thermal tourism opportunities in the area are being improved, it is recommended that the natural landscape be included in planning. The requirement of the elimination of infrastructure needs for the use of the region for ecotourism and recreation purposes is emphasized. | en_US |
