Özet
Çin’in Wuhan kentinde başlayıp kısa sürede dünyaya yayılan Covid-19 virüsü tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alarak küresel bir krize neden olmuştur. Covid-19 virüsünün sadece bir sağlık sorunu olmadığı; aynı zamanda ekonomik, siyasi ve sosyal açıdan dünyayı etkilediği görülmüştür. Covid-19 salgınıyla birlikte dünyada arz ve talep arasında yaşanan dengesizlikler sonucunda üretimin ve bazı iktisadi faaliyetlerin durması, tedarik zincirinde çıktı azalması, birçok işletmenin kapatılmasına ve işsizliğin artmasına neden olmuştur. Dolayısıyla ülkelerin virüse karşı etkileri hafifletmek için bazı önlemler alması ve politikalar geliştirmesi gerekliliği doğmuştur. Bu politikalar ekonomik, siyasi, sosyal ve sağlık olmak üzere pek çok alanı kapsasa da bu faktörler arasında en çok önem verilen ekonomi politikaları olmuştur. Alınan önlemler doğrultusunda ekonomik işleyiş sekteye uğramış ve yine alınan önlemler insanların yaşamsal faaliyetlerini kısıtlamıştır. Bu çalışmada pandemi sürecinin Türkiye, Amerika, Çin ve Almanya üzerindeki makro ekonomik etkilerin yansımaları belirlenmektedir. Durum tespiti yapılırken istatiksel veriler, yayımlanmış rapor ve resmî açıklamalar yardımıyla mevcut durum değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.
The Covid-19 Virus, Which Started in Wuhan (China), spread around the world in a short time, affecting the whole world and caused a global crisis. It has been seen that the Covid-19 virus is not only a healty problem but also has economical, political and social affects on the world. As a resulty of the imbalances between supply and demand in the world with the Covid-19 epidemic, production and some economic activities stopped, output decreased in the supply chain, many businesses were closed and unemployment increased. Therefore, it has become necessary for countries to take some precautions and develop policies to minimiliaze the effects of the virüs. Although these policies cover many fields including economic, political, social and health, the most important factors among these’ are economic policies. Because of the precautions, economic facilities were disrupted and people’s vital activities were restricted. In this study, the reflections of the macroeconomic effects of the pandemic period on Türkiye, America, China and Germany are determined. While determining the situation, the current situation was evaluated with the help of statistical data, published reports and official statements.
